1) One cup of Makhana.
2) One spoon of Ghee.
3) One fourth teaspoon sea salt.
4) One tablespoon jaggery.
5) One-third teaspoon black and white sesame seeds.
Start making caramel makhane in this way
First of all, turn the gas on medium flame and place a pan on it and fry it for seven to eight minutes after adding makhane. Keep stirring them continuously so that the crispy test remains and they do not burn.
Now take out the roasted Makhano in a plate and keep it aside and let it cool.
After this, put a pan on the gas and add ghee to it. When the ghee melts, add gud to it and let it melt.
