  • 1) two cups of rice

    2) Half a cup of urad dal

    3) 1/4 cup Chana dal

    4) One teaspoon fenugreek seeds

    5) One cup noodles (boiled)

    6) One cup cabbage (finely chopped)

    7) Green coriander (finely chopped)

    8) One – two teaspoon refined oil

    9) Finely chopped capsicum

    10) One – two finely chopped green chillies

    11) Half inch ginger piece (grated)

    12) One teaspoon soy sauce

    13) Salt (as per taste)

  • Prepare the mixture of dosa in this way

  • To make Chinese dosa, you must first prepare a mixture of dosa, for which rice, urad dal, chana dal and fenugreek seeds are put in a big bowl and fill it with water.

    Then after soaking this mixture for at least five to six hours, filter all the ingredients and put them in a blender and blend well.

    Now put this paste in a bowl and leave it for 12 hours.

  • How to make Chinese stuffing of dosa

  • For this, first heat a pan on the gas and heat a little refined oil in it, then add ginger, green chilli, capsicum and cabbage to the pan and cook it continuously with the help of a scoop for a minute or two.

    When the vegetables become slightly soft, add the noodles, salt, soy sauce and green coriander to the pan and mix everything together and mix them well.

    Then cook everything for a minute or two and turn off the gas.

  • How to finalize the Chinese dosa

  • Now put a non stick tava on the gas and spread some butter in it, then put one or two teaspoons of the prepared dosa mixture on the pan and spread it round by round with a big spoon.

    When the dosa turns golden brown from the bottom, put Chinese stuffing on it and make a roll of it.

    Serve hot Chinese dosa now with Sejvan sauce.
