In winters people often have to face skin problems like skin stretch, dryness and glowing.
However, some Ayurvedic remedies can be relieved by using these problems and the skin can be kept soft and shiny even in winter.

Turmeric is beneficial for the skin
Turmeric contains a compound called curcumin which acts like antioxidant and antiinflammatory properties, helping to make the skin soft and shiny.
To use it, mix four spoons of gram flour and one spoon of turmeric powder in some milk and make a thick paste.
Now apply it on your face and neck and when it dries then wash the skin. Use this recipe once or twice a week.
Honey is also beneficial for the skin
Honey has a soothing effect that can help moisturize the skin, eliminate the risk of wrinkles and brighten.
All you have to do is apply a little honey evenly on your face and neck and massage it well for a few minutes. Then after 5-10 minutes wash the skin with lukewarm water.
This Ayurvedic recipe can be used except one day.
Aloe vera is also beneficial
The natural healing properties of aloe vera can also be helpful in making your skin soft and glowing.
To use it, mix one tablespoon aloe vera gel, one teaspoon honey, one teaspoon milk and a pinch of turmeric in a bowl. Then apply this mixture evenly on your face and neck and leave it for 20 minutes. After this wash the skin with lukewarm water.
Use this Ayurvedic recipe once or twice a week.
Use coconut oil
Coconut oil is enriched with antioxidant and antiinflammatory properties that can not only help make the skin soft and shiny, but also relieve many other skin related problems.
For this, after going to sleep, take warm coconut oil in your hands and apply it on your face and neck and massage it with light hands for few minutes. Then go to sleep.
