In fact, today a Mumbai court has ordered the police to investigate.

On November 3, Javed Akhtar filed a defamation suit in the Andheri Metropolitan Magistrate’s court.
She accused the actress of trying to tarnish her image by falsely accusing her in an interview.
He had sought action against Kangana under sections 499 and 500 of the IPC on charges of damaging his reputation.
Investigation report will have to be submitted by 16 January
Javed Akhtar was also present in the court during the hearing of the case today.
Lyricist’s lawyer Niranjan Mundargi also presented a clip of Kangna’s interview in which she was speaking against Akhtar. His lawyer says that because of this, attempts have been made to damage Akhtar’s image worldwide.
After this, the court has ordered the Juhu police to investigate the case and submit the report by January 16.
