    3) Two Potatoes (boiled and peeled)

    7) two green chillies (finely chopped)

    8) One teaspoon Chaat Masala

    9) One teaspoon Coriander Powder

    10) One teaspoon cumin powder

    11) Half teaspoon red chilli powder

    12) Half teaspoon garam masala

    13) Salt (as per taste)

  • First of all, wash the Rajma and soak it in water for 8-10 hours. After this, put the cooker on the gas and filter the soaked rajma in it, then add half a cup of water and a little salt in it and close the cooker and let it be whistled.

    After two whistles, turn off the gas and after the pressure of the cooker is over, open the cooker and drain the Rajma in a sieve and keep the Rajma to cool.
