Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and Trinbago Knight Riders in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) are the owners. Now he has also invested in the Los Angeles franchise in the new T20 league to be held in the US.

Knight Riders will also contribute to build a cricket stadium in America
Knight Riders franchise CEO Venky Mysore says his company is going to make a major contribution to the development of cricket in the US, for which he has also devised a strategy. Apart from this, the company will try to spread cricket even more globally.
The report also said that Shah Rukh Khan’s company would also contribute to building cricket stadiums in American cities participating in the tournament.
Six teams will take part in this new league
The T20 Cricket League, to be held in the United States, will begin in 2022 after the conclusion of the IPL. Six teams from New York, San Francisco, Washington DC, Chicago, Dallas and Los Angeles will participate. In the same way, there are many more.
Shahrukh Khan’s teams perform this year
Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) finished fifth in the recently concluded IPL 2020. This season, KKR failed to qualify for the playoffs. Having won the title twice, KKR’s team also finished fifth in IPL 2019.
On the other hand, the title was won by Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR) in CPL 2020. They had won all league matches before reaching the finals.

Shah Rukh’s teams have won six T20 titles so far. Trinbago Knight Riders have won the CPL title four times in 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2020. While Kolkata Knight Riders have won IPL titles in 2012 and 2014.
