After a long wait, today, Piaggio has finally launched the Aprilia SXR 160 scooter in the Indian market.
Prior to launch, its pre-booking was started in its country. From December 11, it was available for booking at the country’s official dealership.

The Aprilia SXR 160 features a 160cc single cylinder fuel injected engine meeting BS6 standards, generating a maximum power of 10.8bhp and a maximum torque of 11.6nm. The engine is equipped with an automatic gearbox.
Many security facilities provided
Piaggio has also taken care of the safety of the rider while designing it.
The company features disc brakes on the front wheel for safety and a drum brake on the rear wheel with a single channel anti-brake system (ABS) to avoid slipping on the roads.
Along with this, telescopic forks on the front side of the scooter and mono shock have been installed on the rear end.
