The affordable smartwatch Mi Watch Lite has been launched by tech company Xiaomi.
It looks like a rebranded model of the Redmi Watch launched in China in November.
It has been listed on Xiaomi’s global site, but its global price has not been revealed.
This inexpensive smartwatch with square dial has advanced features like heart rate monitoring and sleep monitoring.
Battery life is strong
This smartwatch has a 230mAh battery, which goes full-charge in about two hours.
The company says that it can get up to nine days of battery backup on normal usage.
This can provide up to 10 hours of battery life when used continuously in GPS sports mode.
This budget smartwatch comes with 5ATM water resistance, that is, it will not spoil even in 50 meter deep water.
How are the specifications?
The new smartwatch has a 1.4-inch square LCD display, which has a resolution of 320×320 pixels.
The pixel density of the display is 323ppi and it comes with at least 350nits adaptive brightness.
The smartwatch offers 11 sports modes, including outdoor cycling, indoor cycling, running, treadmill, walking and cricket.
The Mi Watch Lite has more than 120 watch faces, out of which users can choose their favorite.
Will get health report card
Talking about health-related features, in addition to 24-hour heart rate monitoring, this smartwatch produces a user’s heart-rate report card. In addition to this 30-day report card, Watch Breeding also suggests exercises.
How much is the price
The price of Mi Watch Lite has been kept in the Chinese market at 299 Yuan i.e. around Rs.3,300.
Smartwatches can be priced around Rs 3,000 in India and also in the global market.
